Located in Balwyn, this 200-year-old private school replaced their heritage fencing (heritage overlay) with a duplicate fence, fabricated in-house, featuring picket-style tubular steel panels. The project was finished in a coloured powder coat, as per the client’s specifications.
The project covered over 350 lineal metres of mixed terrain, using three different fence finishes: heritage style, tubular steel panels, and a Colorbond product. This included an automated vehicle gate and multiple pedestrian gates, all maintaining the heritage overlay specifications.
